Brad Paisley Concert

Saturday afternoon Mitch and I headed down to Vegas for our little getaway! We checked in at Mandalay Bay, changed our clothes, grabbed our hats, and picked up Chase & Whitney to rush to dinner.  We headed towards Cheesecake factory but made a wrong turn which took us on the freeway.  We decided since we were running so late we might as well head back to Mandalay and eat there.  We ate a a nice cafe and all ordered breakfast! We rushed down to the arena along with the rest of the stragglers.  I could hear Scotty's singing so we walked faster and got in our seats to enjoy the rest of the concert.  It was AMAZING!! We have seen Brad in concert before but this time was so much better! He was much more interactive and it seemed like he just kept singing and singing and singing.(I'm not complaining) I love that guy!

Riley and her friend Jen got free tickets to the concert the night before in Salt Lake.  They said that Carrie Underwood showed up to sing "Remind Me" with Brad and then decided it was a hologram! Sure enough! You can totally tell in the video I got too. It was kind of a disappointment but it was still way good!

Here are a few pics of the trip.  We were so rushed that I didn't get a picture of Chase & Whitney.(and they didn't have seats by us).  It was a short trip but I loved every minute of it.  I took a bath in the nice big tub after the concert and was sound asleep the rest of the night.
side note: For some reason they didn't have any King beds available even though our room had been booked for two months. So we ended up with two queens... and we used them both!) Maybe that's why I slept so good? ;) kidding
