A couple weeks ago I went to Huntington Beach with my mom, Riley and Crew. I am so glad Crew came along, he was the life of the party! We were fortunate enough to stay with Korby and his room-mates in their house. (Why pay for a hotel when we didn't need to, right?) They catered to us with a french toast breakfast and entertained us with music while they practiced for their gig that night. They played their guitars and sang.. and Crew harmonized with the harmonica :) He LOVED it. We stayed for 4 days and spent most of our time on the beach since we had good weather every day! Korby took us to a private beach in Laguna that was SO pretty. It look like a beach in Hawaii with greenish water. We were the only ones there for awhile-that is if you don't count the homeless guy that happened to be in the little cave right behind us! Creepy, but sad. We saw whales there! It was really cool to watch them.
On Saturday we went to the swap meet and snatched a few steals and shopped a little. Have you ever been to Charming Charlie? I'm not sure where all their stores are located but I fell in love. It was nice to get away from work and stress for a few days. We will be back soon! Didn't take many pictures but here's a few:
