You would
think I had a child by how many pictures I take of Diesel. I just can't
help it though, he's so dang cute and funny! He's now 5 months old. I
look back at when he was 2 months and he was so small! He's growing like
a weed.
He loves this toy, it squeaks. And he will walk right up to you and squeak it till you play with him.
He sleeps in weird positions. Sometimes he will twitch like crazy while he sleeps, even his eyes twitch. Creepy!
I
had made this dessert and was doing the dishes and turned around to see
him standing on his hind legs devouring the dessert off the counter! He
is getting so tall. I have to make sure nothing is close to the edge of
the counter, or he will get it. Luckily he only got the one edge.
He loves
chewing on things. Thankfully random things like hangers that I would
rather him chew than furniture and shoes. He has chewed up my shoes
before though. His favorites are branches and his bone. For some reason
we just barely got him a bone. He chewed on that thing for a solid 2
hours. He is losing his teeth so that might have something to do with
it. I actually found one of his teeth on the floor yesterday, kind of
gross but I thought it was cool because they usually swallow them.
I'm so glad we have Diesel as part of our family. He has so much personality and makes me laugh everyday. It was a rough first couple of months with him but now that he is potty trained and kennel trained it is SO much easier. (Although, a backyard would make it that much easier.) I couldn't love this dog more. He is my little shadow AND running partner. He got me to run an 8 minute mile! I don't remember the last time I ran that. Anyways, now that I sound like a crazy dog woman... I'm going to get off the computer and go play with Diesel :)

he is so cute! we had to start putting our dogs in the laundry/ hallway area when we leave becasue Sam will jump up and eat anything on the counter. we will come home to food all over the house! he is a pig.
